Paulina Alvarez joined Curt Pringle & Associates as an Account Coordinator at the beginning of 2024. At CP&A, Ms. Alvarez is focused on government affairs, community relations, policy development and the legislative process to serve the firm’s clients. Already, Ms. Alvarez has demonstrated great skills when it comes to community outreach, the entitlement process, and stakeholder engagement with a broad cross-section of industry sectors including housing and commercial development and health care.

Prior to joining CP&A, Ms. Alvarez worked for the California State Assembly as a Field Representative, serving as a key liaison between constituents and the assembly member. There she gained experience engaging with community and business leaders allowing her to better understand local concerns and ensure those concerns were represented through policy actions in Sacramento. Serving as a Field Representative, Ms. Alvarez helped solve a spectrum of constituent issues daily, handling State Department casework for matters such as, but not limited to, Housing and Health Care accessibility; advocating on behalf of those community members through the legislative process. 

Ms. Alvarez attended California State University, Fullerton, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and American Studies.
