Joel Saldivar works in public service and government affairs, with experience supporting municipal operations, elected officials, and community-facing initiatives. He previously served the City of Anaheim in a City Council support role, where he assisted with policy research, constituent services, council correspondence, and the coordination of community meetings and public outreach efforts. In this role, he worked closely with City departments and community stakeholders to help advance Council priorities and ensure effective communication between the City and residents.

He most recently supported the City of Santa Ana in an administrative support role focused on vendor compliance, contract records and renewals, research and data analysis, and coordination across departments and external vendors. This experience strengthened his understanding of municipal contracting procedures, internal controls, and cross-departmental workflows.

Joel joined Curt Pringle & Associates in November 2025, where he supports client projects through research, coordination, and the preparation of clear, well-organized written deliverables. He earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at California State University, Fullerton. He also served as Chair of the Anaheim Youth Commission, advancing youth-focused outreach and civic engagement.
