Raf Batista joined Curt Pringle & Associates as an Account Manager in order to expand his public affairs background, encompassing work in government affairs, public outreach, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining CP&A, Mr. Batista worked for a quality assurance firm with Big Pharma clientele, obtaining project management experience in a high-profile environment. He then worked as a Field Director for a variety of political campaigns in Orange County, ranging from Supervisor to State Assembly to State Senate. This led to Mr. Batista gaining PAC experience at the Los Angeles County Business Federation, where he created tactical messaging and organized recruiting for over 300 elected officials in LA county every year for the organization’s annual Freshman Policymakers Gala.

His grassroots and communications experience not only stems from his campaign and PAC background, but also when he worked as a Field Representative for the non-profit organization Leadership Institute in Arlington, Virginia, where he gained widespread knowledge in nationwide grassroots mobilization and community outreach focused at college campuses throughout the state of Texas.

Mr. Batista earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics at California State University, Long Beach. In his spare time, he’s most likely out with his friends at the beach or getting together for music events.
