Austin Rogers

Austin Rogers serves as Project Manager for Curt Pringle & Associates, servicing a highly dynamic client base.

Working collaboratively within the multiple and varied specialties of Curt Pringle & Associates’ team, Mr. Rogers is responsible for representing clients’ interests across a comprehensive spectrum of land use issues. His effective communication skills allow him to manage teams of multidisciplinary experts to provide our clients with strategic advisory services through all facets of acquisition, planning, development, and building activities.

A specialist in urban infill redevelopment projects, Mr. Rogers assesses clients’ needs and works with land owners and developers to streamline their goals. From providing development feasibility analysis in the acquisition and planning stages to interfacing with public agencies throughout the entitlement and construction process, his comprehensive strategic support continues to be a valuable asset to our clients as they aim to maximize their net present value while enhancing their communities.

Mr. Rogers received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine where he graduated cum laude.  He was also awarded Departmental Honors, Scholar Athlete Distinction, and membership into Phi Beta Kappa.

He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.  An avid sailor active in the Southern California sailing community, Mr. Rogers often coaches youth sailors for success on the racecourse.
